Operational Security Policy

This policy sets out our arrangements to ensure we have taken all actions possible to minimise the risk of vehicles being stolen or hijacked and also to prevent the theft of fuel, equipment and any load being carried.

All vehicles must be locked when unattended and keys / fobs are locked securely in office when vehicles are not in use.

Only those eligible to drive vehicles are allowed to drive and checks are completed on all drivers.

Site Security

The site has security in place to ensure any site visitors are controlled and to prevent any unauthorised persons from being able to access the site.

Visitors are required to report to reception to sign-in and are then directed accordingly and accompanied at all times.

Overnight parking facilities will be identified and drivers are only allowed to park in approved locations when parking vehicles overnight away from premises.
