Project Description:

Stripout London was appointed as the principal contractor for a comprehensive shell and core strip out of a retail unit within the busy West One Shopping Centre at Bond Street Station. This complex and challenging project required meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure minimal disruption to the shopping centre, which remained occupied and operational throughout the project.

Key Activities:

  1. Initial Assessment and Planning:

    • Conducted a detailed site survey to assess the scope of work and identify potential hazards.

    • Developed a comprehensive project plan and timeline in close collaboration with the client, Wasabi, to meet an ambitious schedule.

  4. Strip Out Activities:

  5. Roof Plant Removal:

    • Coordinated the safe removal of roof-level plant equipment, including HVAC units, generators, and associated infrastructure.

    • Utilized cranes and other lifting equipment to safely lower heavy plant components, ensuring minimal disruption to the shopping centre and surrounding areas.

  6. Waste Management and Recycling:
